Depot System Activity Menu - Contains main yard reports.
Gate In Screen - Handles any equipment type and has a number of control switches per customer.
OutGate Screen- Requires booking/release to allow equipment out of the yard. Also has settings per customer.
Accounts Screen- each tab contains settings per customer.
Estimate Screen - Can create any type of estimate and contains EDI and controls per customer. Parts/labor tariffs can also be set per customer.
Sample Gate Activity Report - All reports go to teh screen first. Then you can choose to print, email, or export to excel.
Accounts Screen Storage Rates - Each customer can have many storage, gate fee, and lifting rates. Based per size type of unit.
Sample Storage Invoice - Creates storage, gate, and lifting invoice based on rates and equipment movement in the system.

Depot Mobile 3.0 Hand Held Software

Depot Mobile 3.0 hand held software is an add on module for the Depot Systems PC based system. Operating on Windows Mobile hand helds the software will perform gate and estimate activities in the field. Using 802.11 or cellular access gate moves and estimates can be entred and sent into the Depot System PC/Server system for processing.

Getting Started

Installing and using Depot Systems is very easy. The software is very user friendly and easy to install on any Microsoft Window operating system including, Windows 7, Vista, Windows XP, Window 2008 and Windows 2003 servers. Terminial Server and Citrix is fully supported.

To get a 30 trial of the software, click the register link above to login to the Depot System web site. Then you will see the downloads page. Download the 30 trial to your PC to install.
