All screens are designed to be easy to understand and operate. The software is a windows based system that can operate on any Windows 2000, Windows XP, or Windows Vista PC. Depot System 4.0 is fully net workable on any Windows 2000/XP, or Windows 2003 or Windows 2008 Server. 64 Bit is fully supported. The software is fully supported on Windows 2003/2008 terminal servers and Citrix platforms. We also have add on support for hand held mobile units and a web reporting interface.
Depot System 4.0 has built in EDI for 322 (gate), 301(Booking), 310, 315, 650, 810, CODECO, and CEDEX formats. Depot Systems can replace Sterling Commerce software. There is never any data re-entry for the EDI and most EDI data is sent via direct FTP to provide low-cost EDI for most steamship lines and leasing companies.
